The project aims to create a town center for Flowood Residents including C3 - General Commercial Lots, CMU - Mixed-Use Commercial Lots, R1- Single Family Residential Lots, Retention Pond Area, Parks and Greenspace, Pineland Forest, Trails, Event Plaza, and Grass Amphitheater.
